Anuncio :Alquilamos una habitación muuuuy grande, con preciosas vistas sobre el barrio de Russafa (en pleno centro de Valencia!) y con mucho mucho solete!! Es un edificio histórico, pero la casa está recién reformada, es muy acogedora y está completamente equipada (electrodomésticos nuevos, ascensor, internet wi-fi...). Vivimos cerquita del mercado del barrio y a sólo diez minutos a pie de los principales monumentos de la ciudad. Somos tres trabajadores jóvenes, y nos gustaría encontrar un/a compañero/a que estuviera viviendo una situación parecida a la nuestra. No importa vuestra edad, país de procedencia, ni el tiempo que queráis estar en la casa. Sólo que seáis personas tranquilas, ordenadas y respetuosas con la convivencia. We rent a big big room, with beautiful panoramical views over Russafa district (right in the center of Valencia!) and with loooots of sun!!The flat belongs to a historic building, but it has just been completely refurbished, it's really cozy and completely equiped (new electrical appliances, lift, wi-fi internet connection...). We live next to the district's typical market and at just ten minutes walking to the most important city monuments. We are three young workers and would be happy to find a flatmate in a similar situation. We don't mind about your age, citizenship or lenght of your stay with us, but we would like to meet a quiet, tidy and respectful person. Großes Zimmer in einer WG mit wundervollem Blick über den Stadtteil Ruzafa im Zentrum von Valencia zu vermieten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude, welches jedoch vor einiger Zeit restauriert wurde und über einen Fahrstuhl verfügt. Zur Ausstattung gehören neue Elektrogeräte, Internet sowie W-LAN. Die Wohnung liegt nahe dem Mercado de Ruzafa und lediglich 10 Gehminuten von den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt entfernt. Wir sind drei junge Berufstätige und würden gerne eineN MitbewohnerIn finden, der/die sich in ähnlicher Lebenssituation befindet (wobei jedoch Alter, Nationalität und Aufenthaltsdauer nicht von Bedeutung sind, sondern eher Ordentlichkeit, ein ruhiges Gemüt und respektvolles Verhalten). Affitiamo una stanza moooolto grande, con splendide vedute sul quartiere di Russafa (in pieno centro storico!) e con tanto tanto sole!! È un palazzo storico, ma la casa è appena stata ristrutturata, è tanto accogliente e completamente equipata (elettrodomestici nuovi, ascensore, collegamento wi-fi ad internet...). Abitiamo vicino al mercato del quartiere ed a soltanto dieci minuti a piedi da tutti i monumenti! Siamo 3 giovani lavoratori, e ci piacerebbe che la vostra situazione di vita fosse simile a quella nostra. Non ha importanza la vostra età, paese di origine, o quanto a lungo volete vivere da noi.
