La habitación está completamente equipada (2 CAMAS, muebles, toallas, sábanas,...)y tiene unos 18m2, con una enorme ventana que da a los jardines del río. En el piso (máximo por 5 personas) HAY dos terrazas, salon comedor, cocina baño y aseo.
El PRECIO POR HABITACION ES DE 25 EUROS DIARIOS Ó 140euros/semana (SOLO DISPONIBLE EN JULIO). El piso tiene internet via wifi y en el precio está incluido un servicio de limpieza semanal de las zonas comunes. I have a big and beautiful double room since 8 july. THe flat is close to the CENTER (five minutes walking distance) (1 sagunto street), and close to the tram stop Pont de Fusta (which takes you to the beach). It looks at the old river park and has magnificent sights to the whole town. The apartment is occupied by 5 persons maximum. NICE FOR PEOPLE who like doing sport in a green environment.
It has dinning room, kitchen, two bathrooms and two balconies. The room has 18m2 and is completely equipped (2beds, cupboards, towels, linens) and has an enormous window open to the gardens.
